This Service Agreement governs access to and use of the website, digital products, mobile applications, and enterprise services provided by Chengdu Wanjia Dasheng Technology Co., Ltd.

2. Service Scope
Services include, but are not limited to: artificial intelligence technology development, technical consulting, technical promotion, big data services, cloud computing equipment technology services, intelligent software and hardware research and sales, industrial internet data services, security devices and smart home product sales and installation, network security technology services, enterprise management consulting, and online or offline sale support for daily consumer goods and digital products. Mobile management applications are a core part of service delivery for enterprise workflow control, reporting, and operational governance.
3. Application Store Distribution Terms
- Applications may be distributed through Google Play, Apple App Store, and other lawful channels.
- Users must comply with store account rules, payment rules, and regional usage restrictions.
- Some app features may vary by country, law, language, or platform policy.
- Updates may be required to maintain security, compatibility, and compliance.
4. Eligibility and Age Requirements
- Users must have legal capacity to enter this agreement in their jurisdiction.
- Where local law requires parental or guardian consent for minors, such consent must be obtained before use.
- Products classified for adults, enterprise professionals, or restricted sectors must not be used by underage users.
5. Account and Security Obligations
- Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials.
- Unauthorized use, credential sharing, abuse, reverse engineering, and unlawful access are prohibited.
- Users must promptly report suspected security incidents to support@wanjiadasheng.com.
6. Acceptable Use
Users may not use services to violate law, infringe rights, spread malware, perform fraudulent operations, abuse advertising systems, scrape unauthorized data, or disrupt service infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Data and Privacy
Data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy. By using services, users acknowledge processing needed for contract execution, security, compliance, and service optimization. Consent-based processing will be handled according to applicable legal requirements.
8. Advertising and Monetization Terms
Some applications include ad-supported models. Ad formats may include app open ads, rewarded video ads, interstitial ads, banner ads, and native ads. Monetization and attribution may involve third-party ad technologies, including Google AdMob and other mediation partners. Ad availability and personalization settings may vary by law and user consent status.
9. Fees, Billing, and Taxes
- Paid services, subscriptions, or enterprise contracts are subject to order forms, invoices, or platform billing terms.
- Applicable taxes, transaction charges, and cross-border fees may apply based on user region and payment channel.
- Unless mandatory law states otherwise, paid amounts are non-refundable after service delivery begins.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, source assets, text, visual identity, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law and remain owned by the company or authorized licensors. No transfer of ownership is granted except where explicitly agreed in writing.
11. Third-Party Services
Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as cloud providers, analytics tools, payment processors, app stores, and ad networks. Their terms and policies apply independently to user interactions on those platforms.
12. Service Availability and Maintenance
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance, emergency fixes, legal requirements, network outages, and force majeure events may impact service continuity.
13. Compliance Across Countries and Regions
Users agree to comply with local laws and export controls applicable to their region. Service operation aligns with multi-jurisdiction legal requirements including privacy and platform policy obligations relevant to Europe, North America, and other supported markets.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided on an as-available and as-applicable basis unless otherwise agreed in signed enterprise contracts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or loss of data arising from service use or inability to use services.
16. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company from claims or losses resulting from unlawful use, policy breach, rights infringement, or misuse of service resources.
17. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for legal risk, policy breach, security incidents, non-payment, or abuse behavior. Users may discontinue use at any time, subject to contract commitments and settlement obligations.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Unless mandatory local law provides otherwise, disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with support channels. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to competent courts or arbitration institutions according to applicable contract terms and conflict-of-law principles.
19. Changes to this Agreement
We may revise this agreement to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. Continued use after effective date of updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms where permitted by law.
